That is a very valid point you have, and I understand your concern.  I think that webmasters have the right to use web tracking services on their website.  I believe that webmasters have the right to gather surfing behavior on their visits for the sole usage of their personal usage.

But if the webmaster plans to sell, give away or barter the information to third parties, then I believe that he should get the permission from his web visitors first.</description>
